sayfadaki hatalar.

adın, yazdığın mesajlar ve ip adresin bunlarla birlikte saklanmaz; tahmin ederken yazdığın cevaplar dışında yazdığın hiçbir şey gönderilmez. amaç hataları bulmak, oyunu geliştirmek ve insanların nasıl çizip hatırladığını istatistikle incelemek; buna çizimleri tanıyan bir model eğitmek de dahil. bu kayıtlar, kaydedilen turlar gibi süre sınırı olmadan saklanır.

kayıtlar seninle eşleştirilemediği için istek üzerine bulunup silinemezler. hiç gönderilmemelerini istersen tarayıcında "izleme" (do not track) ya da global privacy control ayarını aç: o zaman sayfa hiçbir şey göndermez.

kendi cihazında

oyun tarayıcının yerel depolamasına (localStorage) adını, tema ve dil seçimini, oynadığın turları ve henüz kaydedilmemiş çizimlerini yazar. bunlar cihazından çıkmaz; ölçüm yalnızca yukarıdaki birkaç sayıyı gönderir. tarayıcının site verilerini silerek hepsini silebilirsin.

barındırma

chizz cloudflare üzerinde çalışır. sayfayı sana ulaştırmak ve saldırılara karşı korumak için cloudflare ip adresini ve isteğin teknik bilgilerini işler. chizz bunları kendisi saklamaz. veriler cloudflare'in türkiye dışındaki sunucularında tutulabilir.

neler yok

chizz'i oynayarak şunları kabul etmiş olursun:

privacy and terms

last updated: 8 october 2026

in short: no accounts, no cookies, no ads. to fix and improve the game, how it is played is recorded anonymously: which screens, where people tap, the drawings and the answers. nothing in it knows who you are. drawings and scores are kept for good, and deleted whenever you ask. the page loads nothing from any other site.

when you save a round

your drawings, the words, the settings (time, mode, language) and your name, if you typed one, are kept. anyone with the round's code or link can see the drawings. codes are short and can be guessed, so treat a saved round as public. there is no time limit: it is kept until you ask for it to be deleted.

scores

when you finish a round or the daily game, your name, score, time and answers are kept, along with a random code so your row stays put if you change your name. friend rounds' boards and the daily boards are public. like the round itself, they are kept with no time limit.

the name on a board is whatever you typed. you don't need your real full name; a nickname is fine.

when you report a problem

your message, your name if you gave one, and what helps find the problem are kept: the screen you were on, the round code, your browser and device, your language, your screen size and recent errors, and the number of that visit, so the problem can be followed in the record below. the form says so when it sends. deleted after 180 days. your ip address is not kept.

how the game is played (measurement)

each time the page opens it gets a random visit number. it lives only in memory while the tab is open, is never written anywhere, and ends when the tab closes; your next visit gets a different one. with that visit the following is recorded:

which screens were opened, where on the screen and which button was tapped, and when the page was closed or left for another app,
for every round played, the words, the drawings (with when each line was drawn), the answers given, the score and the time. this happens whether or not you save or share the round; only chizz sees these drawings, and no code or link opens them,
rough facts about the device: the kind of operating system, touch or mouse, screen size, language, the hour on your own clock, and the country cloudflare adds to the request,
whether this device has played before, the first day it played, and how many daily games it played in the last 14 days. these are worked out from the records on your device, and only the numbers are sent,
errors on the page.

your name, your messages and your ip address are not kept with any of this; nothing you type is sent apart from the answers you give while guessing. the purpose is finding bugs, improving the game, and studying with statistics how people draw and remember, which includes training a model that recognises drawings. like saved rounds, these records are kept with no time limit.

since the records cannot be matched to you, they cannot be found and deleted on request. if you want none of it sent, turn on do not track or global privacy control in your browser: the page then sends nothing.

on your own device

the game writes your name, your theme and language, the rounds you played and drawings not yet saved to your browser's local storage (localStorage). these never leave your device; measurement sends only the few numbers above. clearing the site's data in your browser removes them all.

hosting

chizz runs on cloudflare. to deliver the page and protect it from attacks, cloudflare processes your ip address and the technical details of each request. chizz does not keep them itself. data may be held on cloudflare servers outside turkey.

what there isn't

no outside analytics tool (such as google analytics), no ads, no cookies, no social media plugins. measurement is done on chizz's own server. no data is sold or shared with anyone.

who is responsible for your data

chizz is responsible for your data. chizz is a free, independent game, reachable at contact@chizz.party.

your rights

under kvkk (article 11) and the gdpr you can ask:

whether anything about you is kept, and what it is,
why it is kept and who it is shared with (only to run the game, and with no one),
for anything wrong to be corrected,
for it to be deleted,
to object to it being processed, and for any harm it caused you to be made good.

you also have the right to complain to the personal data protection authority in turkey (kvkk), or to your own country's data protection authority in the eu.

deletion and questions

to have a drawing, score or message deleted, or to ask what is kept, write to contact@chizz.party. the round code and the name you used make it easy to find. your request is answered and carried out within 30 days.

terms of use

by playing chizz you agree to the following:

play fair. don't use names or drawings that harass, demean or break the law. don't try to break, overload or attack the game or its servers, or to fake scores.
don't draw anything private. don't write or draw personal details, yours or anyone else's: full names, phone numbers, addresses, passwords, health or other sensitive information. a saved round can be seen by anyone who has, or guesses, its code.
chizz can remove things. a name, drawing or score that breaks these rules can be deleted without notice.
your drawings are yours. saving a round lets chizz keep it and show it to anyone with its code or link. that permission ends when you ask for it to be deleted.
as is. chizz is free and provided as it is. there is no promise that it will always be up, work without errors, or never lose data. the game may change or close.

changes

if the game starts keeping something new or these terms change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes.
